When is the best time to book a newborn session?
Still have questions?
Ideally, book your session during your second trimester to secure a spot within the first two weeks after your due date. I do limit bookings per month to ensure space for paid moms. Baby already here call/text me today to see if we have availability.
What if my baby arrives early or late?
We'll adjust your session date accordingly. Just keep me updated and let me know as soon as possible that baby has arrived!
What should I wear? And The rest of the Family?
Do you need help finding that dream outfit for your photoshoot? Loving what you wear is such an important factor in feeling your best. Before your session, we have a consultation where you can select your favorite look from the client closet (for expecting & new moms). Then I will make suggestions for family members.
WHERE SHOULD MY ARTWORK GO IN MY HOME?
This is one of the best parts of the Full-Service luxury photography experience. No need to worry, I've got you covered. I will show you digitally just how your artwork will look in your home. This helps you select the place that will suit your artwork best so it looks and feels fantastic in your home.
What should I bring to the session?
Just your baby! I provide all the props, backdrops, and outfits. You may want to bring some extra milk, diapers and a pacifier.
How much does a newborn session cost?
Everything I do is custom, for that reason I don't have a one size fits all answer. Please inquire for detailed information on pricing and product options. (my contact page)
How long does the session last?
Newborn sessions average 2.5 hours, allowing plenty of time for feedings, diaper changes, and posing.

The first two weeks of a baby's life are the ideal time for newborn portraits. They are still sleepy and curly, making it easier to capture those adorable poses. They usually begin to stretch more and some get baby acne around the 3 week mark. Ideal time to book is during your second trimester!
